Review on SOLO Stove Fire pit (Smokeless?)

Well (Angie) one of our awesome Woodin Gals, recently made a Full price Purchase of a Solo Stove Smokeless Fire pit. Small Ranger size as she only has a small pit area. Solo Stove are more expensive but with that they claim to be 90% - 95% less smoke, meaning practically nothing. So of course we were intrigue with this claim, with your normal Fire pit there is a lot of moving around trying to avoid the dreaded smoke not to mention you end up smelling like smoke by the end of the night.

Ordered the Ranger size with Stand and Ember lid and 2 days later it showed up! Very fast. I opened it all up and unpacked it, and have to admit the quality is super high so i was really hoping it was gonna live up to the claim of Less smoke.

Waited a few days for a cooler night and followed the instructions for 1st time lighting.

Immediately upon it taking fire the less smoke was evident! Once the solo stove got roaring and going there was NO SMOKE! Yep No smoke! I was stoked and even the hubby couldn’t believe it.

Sat down in the same chair and didn’t have to move or do the smoke shuffle around. I was pretty impressed.

Keep in mind i have no affiliation with them and i paid full price, i simply rate a good product when l see one. This was one of those products, high quality and lives up to the name.

I also was buring the best wood by Gold Coast Fire wood, highly aged and dry. No green crap

I burned less wood too! and it’s HOT! I would say produced a Hotter fire over my old traditional fire pit and took less wood for longer.

Def more expensive and it took me awhile to take the plunge but now i understand why.
